ConComm will supply, install, service and support a
proprietary Controlled Telephone System (CTS)
which will allow every inmate authorized by you to
communicate with friends and family by phone on a
daily basis; thereby considerably reducing the stress
of incarceration and in so doing make the inmate
population more manageable. Among other things
there will also be reduced demand on facility
adminstration to fulfill phone use and message
requests

The system will record every conversation in an
easily searchable database, and allow for live
monitoring of calls and live notification of CO’s
by email or text message when specific inmates
attempt to make a call. Other features include:

User Access Report - You will have a global view
of all users at your facility with access to the
Concomm system, as well as their permissions
level. Acces can be denied or authorized by
entire population, by groups or individual.

Intuitive User Interface - The user interface has
been updated based on feedback from users
in many different circumstances. The result is a
more intuitive array of screens and easy to learn
system.

Group Sort Active Calls - Sorting active calls by group allows easy isolation and monitoring of calls from trouble spots.

You can also filter the active calls of any group
you’ve created, so that you can focus on just the
calls you need to monitor.

Destination Number Restriction - Restrict by date
or time when a particular inmate can call a certain
destination number.

Human 3-Way Reviews - Every suspected 3-way call
is flagged by our system for review within 5 minutes
by one of our customer service operators.
Calls which are confirmed as 3-way are assessed
the appropriate alarm and thorough
documentation is attached to the call record.

Investigator Dossier - As a time-saving solution for
investigators, individual users can create their own
list of inmates and/or destination numbers, without
interfering with facility-wide groups. Once created,
dossiers can only be viewed by the creator.

Email your Recordings - As easy as one-click
burning, you can now send batch recordings via
email. Simply choose “burn all calls”, and every
recording for that inmate is burned at once.

Designated Number Blocking - Facility administrators
will have the ability to block designated numbers,
preventing all inmates, groups of inmates or individual inmates from dialling.
